Vision and Mission
The education and training program of the Dairy Technology Department, which provides education at the undergraduate, graduate and doctorate levels, has acquired the basic knowledge of agricultural engineering; has sufficient theoretical and practical knowledge on milk production, storage and transportation, milk chemistry and biochemistry, dairy products technology, milk microbiology, evaluation of dairy industry by-products. Due to these knowledge, it has undertaken the task of raising innovative, researcher and entrepreneur Agricultural Engineers in the field of Dairy Technology who can analyze and solve the problems they encounter, contribute to R&D, have the ability to design dairy enterprises with modern technologies, and are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills on food safety, in the meantime it has also undertaken the task of contributing to dairy science with scientific researches towards the industry.
